Problem Note 47072: %SYSLPUT executes during macro compilation

If a %SYSLPUT is contained within a macro definition, it incorrectly executes during macro compilation.

A work-around is to place the %SYSLPUT inside a %NRSTR function as shown below.

  %NRSTR(%syslput var=&var;)
